NEWSTAR Expands Pixel LED Chip Production Line
A new SMT line and additional aging test racks increase monthly capacity for addressable strips and pixel chips, shortening lead time for repeat orders.
NEWSTAR has completed the installation of an additional SMT production line dedicated to addressable strips and pixel LED chips.
What Changed
One additional high-speed SMT line with automatic optical inspection after reflow, extended aging test racks, a dedicated waterproofing and silicone extrusion area for neon flex, and an expanded finished goods warehouse.
What It Means for Customers
Standard models ship faster and custom orders for special voltage, pixel density or color temperature can be scheduled with more flexibility. Batch level aging test records are available on request.
